I am within you and you can know me through you

You are your heart, yourself, and the more you connect with who you are, the closer you will be to me, to you. As I am you and you are me, we are together as one — once separated, now not.

The connection to who you truly are can be different for everyone, but the common denominator across all is the heart. To connect with your heart is to connect with the true essence of you, as you sit in the frequency of love and the strongest energy of love sits in your heart.

You are one in your heart. Follow the love thread, the heart thread, and expand it to be your whole body. Know and recognise this feeling, connect to it, and ask for the connection to solidify. For the love that is you to be as one with you, allow this to take place and release into the change. Become one together.
